Our Principals:

Gustavo Gomez M.S.

Gustavo Gomez is a sociologist with over 20 years of research experience. Gustavo spent 16+ years at Paco Underhill's Envirosell Inc, studying how consumers behave using both qualitative and quantitative methods. He has worked on projects for many of the top U.S. and global companies in sectors such as retail, CPG/FMCG, restaurants, banking, consumer electronics, transportation (rail and airports), OTC, and apparel. He also worked with not-for-profits such as museums, opera houses and healthcare facilities. His work has taken him to countries in Asia, Europe, and Latin America. 

Gustavo have taught courses in Consumer Behavior, Introduction to Sociology and Introduction to Psychology at Hunter College of the City University of New York and at the DeVry College of New York. 

Gustavo have a B.A. in Sociology and a M.S. in SOcial Research from Hunter College.

 

Monica Arango Ph.D.

Dr. Arango received her Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from Adelphi in 2003. She also has a Masters Degree from Adelphi University and her B.A. from Hunter College. Dr Arango was trained in one of the most prestigious hospitals in New York City - Presbyterian Hospital /The University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell. 

Dr. Arango is an active member of the National Register of Health Service Psychologists, The National Alliance of Professional Psychology Providers (NAPPP), and The Association for Psychological Science (APS).
